The hotel's cleanliness and facilities were top-notch. We loved how well-maintained and tidy everything was. The location was unbeatable, right in the center of the city. It was conveniently located next to the Glória funicular, which operated from 7 am to past midnight, and also right next to the tram line. Transportation was a breeze, making it easy for us to explore the city. The staff were also very friendly and helpful.

We had a great experience at this hotel! The location was superb, with easy access to transportation and close to all the tourist attractions. The room we stayed in had a nice view of an inside garden and was comfortable. The staff was helpful and friendly, and the breakfast provided was a nice touch. We also appreciated the convenience of the nearby subway and the funicular right by the hotel.
The noise from outside, particularly during the night. It would have been perfect if the windows were soundproofed to minimize disturbance.

I recently stayed at this luxurious hotel in Lisbon and I must say, it exceeded my expectations. The location was absolutely perfect for exploring the city, as it was situated right in the center. Yes, there was a bit of a climb up a steep street to get here, but it was well worth it. The views from the hotel were breathtaking, especially from the patio where I enjoyed a lovely cup of tea every morning.
